Puppy Paradise - Our Puppy Socialisation Programme
Responsibly deciding on whether or not you are ready to have a doggy family member is a lengthy and thought provoking process.
Once you have decided that the time is right for your family, then Wag-a-Day not only offers care for adult dogs but also support for puppy owners.
We offer a full Puppy Socialisation Programme in Puppy Paradise including:
- Appropriate exercise schedule - as recommended by the Kennel Club
- Sensible rest periods
- Fully supervised play with puppy pals in a safe and secure environment
- Lots of human interactions with cuddles galore
- Lots of praise for outside toileting
- Slow introduction to other puppies to ensure there is a good balance of ages and sizes in the nursery group
We want to ensure we are supporting you in the start you are giving your new puppy by working with them in Puppy Paradise. After this they will be slowly introduced to the older dogs as their confidence grows and they are showing an interest in the wider environment.
Puppies need lots of sleep and relaxation in a calm environment with the opportunity to have time-out when they require it. Our Puppy Paradise set-up ensures this is freely available as required.
